Booth Placement
Booth placement is determined by BPAMA and BP. Placement is based on the following criteria:
  1. Sponsorship
  2. Order of registration

BPAMA Dues
Annual dues to BPAMA must be current to participate in the BPAMA Convention and Business Expo. Annual dues are $500.

Lead Retrieval System
Once again we will offer the BPAMA website based lead retrieval system at no additional charge. The system corresponds to an alpha-numeric code printed on attendees name badges. The input of that code into the lead retrieval system found on BPAMA’s website pulls up a database including the contacts information and an area for you to take notes on your conversation with the individual.

To use the system on site you will need Internet access and a computer in your booth. Otherwise you can record the code manually and input the information upon return to your office.

Traffic Building Incentives
2012 will again feature a traffic building game, driving traffic to your booth for an engaging discussion on the products and services you will be offering in 2012.
